COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, notice is given that the preparation of the above plans was on the 30th October, 2024, completed. The plans relates to land located in Kerugoya Township, Kerugoya Central Sub-county, Wang’uru Township, Mwea Sub-county and Kianyaga Township, Kirinyaga East Sub-county, respectively. Copies of the plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the County Government Headquarters, Office of the County Director of Physical Planning, First Floor, Room B4, Kirinyaga County Commissioners’ Building Notice Board, Mwea Sub-County Administrator’s office and Kirinyaga East Sub-county administrator’s office any day of the week within official working hours. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to any of the above plans may within sixty (60) days send the same to the County Executive Committee Member, Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Development, P.O. Box 260–10304, Kutus or via email landskirinyaga@gmail.com and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made. Dated the 5th November, 2024.
