THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 40 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, notice is given that the preparation of the above draft plan was on the 7th November, 2024, completed. The plan relates to land situated within Hola Municipality, Kone. A copy of the draft plan has been deposited for public inspection, at the offices of the County Executive Committee Member in charge of Lands and Physical Planning, Sub-County Administrator’s Office, County Commissioner and County Co-ordinator, National Lands Commission in Hola, Tana River County. The copies so deposited are available free of charge between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. during working hours. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above Plan, may within sixty (60) days from the date of this notice, send the same to: The County Executive Committee Member for Land and Physical Planning County Council Road, Ardhi Complex, Ground Floor, Tana River P.O. Box 29–70101, Hola. Any such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made. Dated the 13th November, 2024.
