NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 22nd October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1186, in Volume D1, Folio 276/1758, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Dama Yussuf Farah (guardian), of P.O. Box 28442–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Ayan Hidris Haide (minor), formerly known as Fatuma Mohamed Mahamud, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Fatuma Mohamed Mahamud, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ayan Hidris Haide, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Ayan Hidris Haide only.
