NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 1st September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 384, in Volume D1, Folio 220/840, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Vivianne Njeri Natalie, formerly known as Vivian Nyawitima, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Vivian Nyawitima, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Vivianne Njeri Natalie, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Vivianne Njeri Natalie only.
