NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 6th August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 312, in Volume D1, Folio 412/4000, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Evelyne Wanjiru Kimani, formerly known as Joyce Evelyne Wanjiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Joyce Evelyne Wanjiru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Evelyne Wanjiru Kimani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Evelyne Wanjiru Kimani only.
