NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 6th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 528, in Volume D1, Folio 972/1575, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Jedidah Kavinya Sumaili, formerly known as Jedidah Kavinya Nsua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jedidah Kavinya Nsua, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jedidah Kavinya Sumaili, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Jedidah Kavinya Sumaili only.
