NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 5th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 5288, in Volume D1, Folio 972/157, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Elvis Levi Mwangi, of P.O. Box 3836– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Elvis Gachuhi Mwangi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Elvis Gachuhi Mwangi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Elvis Levi Mwangi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Elvis Levi Mwangi only.
