NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 30th May, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB81, in Volume B-13, Folio 2357/21324, File No. 1637, by our client, Joseph Dunford Amani, of P.O. Box 82627–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joseph Dunford Amani Were, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Joseph Dunford Amani Were, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joseph Dunford Amani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Joseph Dunford Amani only.
