NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 26th September, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 56, in Volume B-13, Folio 2357/21523, File No. 1637, by our client, Phylin Nusra Kura , formerly known as Phylin Nzula Muthami, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Phylin Nzula Muthami, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Phylin Nusra Kura, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Phylin Nusra Kura only.
