NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 30th October, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1802, in Volume D1, Folio 300/1974, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Agostino Okinyi Ombewa, of P.O. Box 3118–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Augostino Neto Okinyi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Augostino Neto Okinyi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Agostino Okinyi Ombewa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Agostino Okinyi Ombewa only.
