E87 OF 2024 By (1) Patricia Awuor Opondo and (2) Margaret Ndusi Masika, the deceased’s daughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Owuor Oluoch alias Andrew Owuor, who died at Muhala, on 18th March, 1998. Box 1489–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Ellen Njeri Karuga, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd September, 2024. CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2024 By (1) Jireh Thayo Mwaniki and (2) Grace Rapha Mwaniki, both of P.O. Box 704–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mwaniki Kihara, who died at Nakuru Nursing Home, on 21st October, 2024.
