E19 OF 2024 By (1) Solite Ene Rokoine and (2) Serpepi ole Rokoine, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rokoine ole Ngooyian, who died at Inkiushin, on 21st December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2024 By (1) Godfrey Ntaya Kantai and (2) Angela Nosim Metian, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Everlyn Metian Ntayia, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 4th December, 2023. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2024 By (1) Repesonene Nkayiai Musenya and (2) Kinampett Nkayiai, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Nkayiai ole Musenya, who died at Kajiado, on 30th October, 1984. CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2024 By (1) Paitaa Lemaron and (2) Siminyei Moisany, both of P.O. Box 60, Namanga in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Resiato Lemaron Kashu alias Resiato ene Kashu, who died on 16th July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
