Box 89065–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kelvin Indangasi Lumumba, who died on 14th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Kimani Mwangi and (2) Daniel Munyua Mwangi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Mugaya, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 14th June, 2012. CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2024 By Dianah Wanjiku Wambua, of P.O. Box 43601–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Wambua Muthiani alias Joseph Muthiani, who died at Machakos Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 17th March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
