TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E581 OF 2023 By Martin Mwalo Osura, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osewe Osura, who died on 2nd August, 1998. CAUSE NO. E582 OF 2023 By Alfred Ogonya Opiyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloyce Apiyo Genga, who died on 18th February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
