TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E252 OF 2024 By (1) John Magothe Kihiu, (2) Eunice Wairimu Kihio and (3) Benadeta Njoki, all of P.O. Box 1107–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, daughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kihiu Magothealias Kihiu Magothe “B”, who died at Githunguri, on 10th June, 1980. CAUSE NO. E290 OF 2024 By Jane Njeri Mungai, of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wangari Mungai alias Wangari Mungai, who died at Metropolitan Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd May, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
