E353 OF 2024 By (1) Josphat Kimani Kigecha and (2) Michael Gachugu Kigecha, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kigecha Gachugu alias James Kigecha, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 9th October, 2020.
