E82 OF 2024 By Charles Nganga Gatere, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anne Nyambura Wangari, who died at Ruiru, on 16th September, 2001. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2024 By Anne Wanjiku Njoroge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dedan Njoroge Kiiru, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 25th May, 2018. CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2024 By (1) Lucy Ngendo Njunge and (2) John Mwaura Njunge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Njunge Mwaura, who died at Meridian Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 20th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
