TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E422 OF 2024 By (1) Cyrus Mwangi Ikinya and (2) George Njaramba Ikinya, both of P.O. Box 123–00216, Githunguri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Ikinya Mwangi alias Ikinya s/o Mwangi, who died at P.C.E.A., Tuututumu Hospital in Kenya, on 6th July, 1994. CAUSE NO. E442 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Wanjiru Muchemi, (2) Francis Wambugu Ngatia and (3) Jackson Ndigirigi Waigwa, all of P.O. Box 520, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngatia s/o Rugana alias John Ngatia Rugana, who died at Uruku Farm, Ndaragwa Location, on 1st September, 1980 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
