TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 124 OF 2024 By Lucy Wangui Mundia, of P.O. Box 192–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ndiritu Waithaka, who died on 24th May, 2018. CAUSE NO. E447 OF 2022 By Ernest Kanyua Kihoro, of P.O. Box 80–20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edith Wangari Kihoro, who died at Ol Kalou Hospital in Kenya, on 20th May, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
