TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2024 By (1) Moses Muchai Rimui and (2) Serah Waithira Rimui, both of P.O. Box 93, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rimui Mwingei, who died at Kinamba, on 4th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Wanjiku Kariuki and (2) Mishek Mbugua Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 54, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Kariuki Gatekeo, who died at Eburu Sub-location, on 3rd December, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
