TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2024 By (1) Alice Muthoni Kori and (2) Gabriel Ngari Gichobi, both of P.O. Box 109, Timau in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangari Gichohi, who died at Huruma Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd October, 2022. CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2024 By (1) Cinderella Nduta Lombard and (2) Angela Doris Wanjiru Lombard, both of P.O. Box 237–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Henry Lombard, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd February, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
