TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2023
By James Kiama Irungu, of P.O. Box 13474–00618, Nairobi in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Susana Muthoni Irungu, who died at Huruma Health Centre, on 21st
April, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
