TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E178 OF 2024 By Peter Ebi Karuga, of P.O. Box 5, Ikuu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ikianya M’Irambu alias Ikianya Irambu, who died at Rubate Sub-location, on 15th August, 1985. By Jeniffer Kanini Nyaga, of P.O. Box 22, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mboani Mwanganu, who died at Chuka Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd September, 2021. By Josphat Ntarara Njoka, of P.O. Box 80, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoka Nkandi, who died at Rubate Location in 1963. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
