Box 80, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bonface Mutegi Birichi, who died at AAR Hospital in Kenya, on 21st March, 2024. CAUSE NO. E189 OF 2024 By (1) Alice Kambura Njau and (2) Henry Kirimi Mwarania, both of P.O. Box 18, Magutuni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Mwarania Buuri alias Mwarania Buuri, who died at Makueni, on 12th May, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
