TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 29 OF 2019 By (1) Rose Ngami Kiio alias Rose Bartilol, (2) Joice Kavete John and (3) Evanison Nguthi Kiio, all of P.O. Box 6609–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiio Nguthi, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 13th July, 2011. CAUSE NO. E209 OF 2024 By (1) Gideon Tili Ndundu and (2) Kavata Mutie, both of P.O. Box 60–90103, Wamunyu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Nziva Ndundu, who died Kaitha, Machakos, on 13th December, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
