TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E261 OF 2024 By Reginah Muthoki Kisina, of P.O. Box 1–90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kisina Munuve alias Kisina Munube, who died on 13th June, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
