TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E187 OF 2024 By (1) Justus Odinga Okungu and (2) Steve Biko Okungu, both of P.O. Box 97–40400, Suna in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pamela Anyango Okungu, who died at Wasweta I, on 20th March, 2022. CAUSE NO E377 OF 2024 By John Mohono Mosi, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Gichere alias Lukas Gichere, who died at Nyankore Sub-location, on 26th June, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
