TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E331 OF 2024 By Godfrey Omondi Mbidhi, of P.O. Box 57–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cleophas Mbidhi Ouma, who died at Mulaha Sub-location, on 20th July, 2001. CAUSE NO. E361 OF 2024 By Charles Otieno Ongoje, of P.O. Box 6–40139, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndege Alando alias Akech Alando, who died at Omia Malo Sub-location, on 10th June, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
