E272 OF 2024 By (1) Caroline Jeptarus Kurui, (2) Harry Kimutai Kurui, (3) Kipchumba Towet Martin and (4) James Kipkoech Rotich, all of P.O. Box 412–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Chepkurui Chebiego, who died at Iten County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 26th July, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
