TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E345 OF 2024 By Mary Kwamboka Misiani, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stebano Tumbo Mageto alias Stephen Otumbo Mageto, who died on 28th May, 1990. CAUSE NO. E350 OF 2024 By Josephine Nyagechanga Nyabuto, of P.O. Box 858, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexina Bonareri Osoro, who died at Bomakombi Sub-location, on 24th November, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
