TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E526 OF 2021 By David Nyaega Onchiri, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onchiri Ogoro, who died on 6th May, 2006. CAUSE NO. E335 OF 2024 By James Makori Sagero, of P.O. Box 858–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sagero Matuka alias Matuka Sagero, who died on 20th August, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
