TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E212 OF 2023 By (1) Stephen Ndungu Njenga, (2) Francis Ndungu Njenga and (3) Joseph Ndungu Njenga, all of P.O. Box 216–00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njenga Kiarii alias Njenga Kiarie, who died at Tiekunu, on 15th March, 1982. CAUSE NO. E202 OF 2024 By (1) Joyce Wanjiku Kairuri and (2) Jane Wambui Mwae, both of P.O. Box 16–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangai Kairuri Kibe alias Wangai Kairuri, who died at Kijabe Medical Centre in Kenya, on 6th October, 1995. CAUSE NO. E230 OF 2024 By Naomi Wanjiru Irungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Njoroge Wanguku, who died at Nyamweru, on 11th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
