TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2024 By Teresia Wangui Gitahi, of P.O. Box 199, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Gitahi Migwi, who died at Neema Casualty, on 24th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2024 By Josphat Kariuki Karianjahi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ben Gathera Mitheko alias Karianjahi Mitheko, who died on 14th December, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
