TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2024 By John Kiragu Ritho, of P.O. box 168, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ritho Gathaiya , who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 15th January, 1991. CAUSE NO. E189 OF 2024 By Jane Wairimu Maina, of P.O. Box 68, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maina Njoroge Kuria, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 1st December, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
