TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2024 By (1) Dickson Mutula Mwangangi and (2) Peter Kimeu Mwangangi, both of P.O. Box 42517, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangangi Mutula Ngwili alias Mwangangi Mutula, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 7th November, 1992. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2024 By (1) Anna Maleu Mbuvi and (2) Janet Mbithe Wambua, both of P.O. Box 1–90133, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabeth Kasiku Mboloi, who died at Kiambwa, on 18th April, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
