Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shiundu Sakwa Chitechi, who died on 22nd August, 1997. CAUSE NO. E275 OF 2024 By Titus Olumasai Nangabo, both of P.O. Box 52, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Nangabo Lukoko alias Mangabo Lukoko, who died on 19th November, 2001. CAUSE NO. E292 OF 2024 By Washington Darlington Otinga Wanzala, of P.O. Box 15, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Douglas Maxwel Wanzala alias Dougalas Maxwell Wanzala alias Dougalas Maxell Wanzala, who died on 12th December, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
