TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E313 OF 2024 By Roselida Oyando Otuoma, of P.O. Box 49, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyando Silvanus Saka alias Oyando Saka, who died on 27th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. E314 OF 2024 By (1) Philip Aguyo Ogola, (2) Rose Adhiambo Okoth and (3) Benter Adhiambo Onyango, all of P.O. Box 96, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogolla Nyangoya alias Ogola Nyangoya, who died on 2nd May, 1989. CAUSE NO. E315 OF 2024 By Jane Akinyi Silah, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sila Moni alias Sila Achieng Moni, who died on 28th October,1997.
