TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2024 By Emily Muthoni Ndwiga, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murithi Simon, who died at Nthagaiya Sub-location, on 14th October, 2007. CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2024 By James Irima Nyaga, of P.O. Box 202–60113, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Njagi, who died at Gachoka Sub-location, on 16th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
