E66 OF 2024 By Annah Wanja Githendu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Githendu, who died on 29th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2024 By Gilbert Barasa Wamachekhe, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peliteh Naswa Wamachekhe, who died at Kakamwe Sub-location, on 27th September 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
