TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2024 By (1) Damaris Wanjiku Chege and (2) Isaac Gitau Ngugi, both of P.O. Box 29, Makuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngugi Gathuri alias Ngugi Gathuri Gakunju, who died at Kamachamio, Mihango, on 27th May, 1993. CAUSE NO. E147 OF 2024 By Julius N. Muchoki, of P.O. Box 242, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obadiah Muchoki Watha, who died at Muthithi Sub- location, on 17th January, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
