TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 307 OF 2018 By (1) Charles Atieno Ochieng and (2) Rosemary Agiso, both of P.O. Box 160-40139, Akala in Kenya, the deceased's father and mother, respectively, through Messrs. Lilian Adawo Goro, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gunner Phillip Onyango Ochieng, late of Siaya, who was presumed dead through High Court Miscellanous Application No. 599 of 2015, before Hon. Mr. Justice Mbogholi, on 2nd March, 2016. CAUSE NO. 1379 OF 2019 By (1) Hitesh Amritlal Haria and (2) Anita Amritlal Haria, both of 18, Briar Road, Kenton Harrow, Middlesex, HA 3 ODR, United Kingdom, the executors named in the deceased's last will, through Messrs. Waruhiu & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of amritlal Vershi Haria alias Amratlal Vershi Vaghji Haria, late of 18, Briar Road, Kenton Harrow, Middlesex, who died at North Park Hospital, Harrow, on 11th January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
