TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 34 OF 2019 By (1) Beatrice Jepkirui Rotich and (2) Bamabas Bii, both of P.O. Box 581-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Cheruiyot Rotich, who died at Kimumu, on 13th February, 2017. CAUSE No. 59 OF 2019 By Silas Kipkesio Rop, of P.O. Box 10, Kabiyet in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Kipketer Rop, who died at Ndulele, on 10th March, 2017. CAUSE No. 84 OF 2019 By (1) Abraham Kirwa Morogo and (2) David Kiprotich Morogo, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathan A. K. Morogo alias Nathan Kipserem arap Moroko alias Nathan Morogo, who died at Sugoi, on 3rd September, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
