TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 414 OF 2019 By Juma Ali Malumboi Majepo, of P.O. Box 96042-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanamisi Salim Mwandinga alias Mwanamisi Mohamed Masha, who died at Mtongwe, on 26th December, 2016. CAUSE No. 415 OF 2019 By (1) Mwanamuisho Ramadhani Kassim and (2) Maruwani Ramadhani Poreto, both of P.O. Box 96042-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fatuma Salim Mwamlingo alias Fatuma Mwandaro Mwamlingo, who died at Mtongwe, on 12th July, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
