Box 82-40134, Paw Akuche in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maxwel Gwako Mbogo alias Hezron Gwako Mbogo, who died at Kisumu West, on 31st March, 2016. CAUSE N0.713 OF 2019 By (1) Rosemary Akoth Olonde and (2) Margaret Aluoch Otieno, the deceased's sisters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Elly Odhiambo, who died on 8th April, 2008. CAUSE No. 714 OF 2019 By (1) Rosemary Akoth Olonde and (2) Margaret Aluoch Otieno, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Otieno Odawo, who died on 14th September, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
