TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 452 OF 2019 By (1) Eunice Achola Agik. (2) Rose Achieng Oyile and (3) Mary Ago Agik, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Agik Akellon, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd July, 2015. CAUSE No. 603 OF 2019 - By Fibi Auma Nyamanga, of P.O. Box 75, Daraja Mbili in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Nyamanga Omenya, who died on 24th June, 2015. CAUSE No. 607 OF 2019 By Salome Arua Oniang, the deceased's sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oketch Ngeso alias Okech Ngeso, who died on 3rd January, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
