TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 659 OF 2019 By (1) Mourine Achieng Ochieng and (2) Felix Otieno Omondi, the deceased's sister-in-law and brother, respectively, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Isaya Oduor Omondi alias Isaya Oduol, who died at Migosi, on 26th February, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary End appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 482 OF 2019 By (1) Peter Irungu Karubiu and (2) Tabitha Njoki Karubiu, both of P.O. Box 2100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Karubiu Muchina, late of Nairobi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 26th December, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
