TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 233 OF 2019 By Hellen Mukethe Ndambuki, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aron Maseki, who died at Kitui, on 27th July, 2001. CAUSE No. 234 OF 2019 By (1) Peter Itumo Ndunda and (2) Paul Muinde Ndunda, both of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulina Muia Maingi, who died at Kitui, on 23rd October, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
