TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 5 OF 2019 By (1) Sophie Anyango Oyoo and (2) Tengo Madara, the deceased's Mother and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Atieno Anyango, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 29th April, 2017. CAUSE No. 67 OF 2019 By (1) Peter Kitipo Kirobi and (2) Shapashina Kirobi, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nairijiako ene Urkan Kirobi, who died at Kitengela Medical Service, on 24th April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
