TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 57 OF 2019 By (1) Samuel Ngugi Karanja and (2) Samuel Muchoki Karanja, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karanja Charukia, who died at Mbogo-ini , on 25th January, 2002. CAUSE NO. 232 OF 2019 By (1) Annie Mbura Rurumo and (2) Moses Wainaina Rurumo, both of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Rurumo Ndirangu, who died at Kandani Sub-location, on 25th November, 2012. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
