TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 186 OF 2019 By Paul Kisilu Kakuu, of P.O. Box 9, Nziu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Kakuu Ngau alias Kakuu Ngau, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE No. 187 OF 2019 By (1) Jemimah Ndambuki Ngau, (2) Joseph Katei Ndambuki and (3) Benson Mutua Ndambuki, all of P.O. Box 9, Nziu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndambuki. Ngau Ndoo alias Ndambuki Ngau, who died at District Hospital, Makueni in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
